All the orders placed on this website are subject to shipping between 3-4 days working days after you make payment confirmation. Buyers can either make pre-payment or confirm orders through COD.
Please note that delivery for all the orders would reach the mailing address given by you. All orders would arrive at the relevant address from 9 AM-6 PM (Monday- Saturday)
You can retrieve the receipt of the goods as an acknowledgment at the time of delivery. In any case, if you are unable to accept and sign for delivery; kindly give this charge to another person. And it could be your colleague, family member or even the nearby neighbor. But Smooth and Furry does not hold the responsibility for deliveries of products signed by other alternative persons.
Smooth and Furry is neither responsible for any accidental product damage post-delivery. You must claim all product damages and bring it to the customer service’s notice within 24 hours of delivery. For references, you can also add pictures and images of damaged products. In case of any delays on your order, do not feel uncomfortable connecting with the customer services support right away. What is out of stock policy?
We make humble apologies if you face any inconvenience when the products are out of stock. Sometimes the products you demand are unavailable due to their shortage, and in such cases, we might fail to meet the requirements on an immediate basis.
Under any emergency scenario, if we accept your order but are unable to deliver it on time; we would get in touch with you in 2 business days. And our dedicated team would consult you on further order handling situation.
When any specific item from your cart is out of stock, you can also consult the customer care department. They can impart you right guidance and support to avail best solutions. If you are amongst our loyal customers, you can get notifications when the products are back in stock.
Unless you make a cancellation request before process and dispatch any order from our end, you need to bear no additional cancellation charges. In the other situation, you might avail an approval for the cancellation request made. Any cancellation request discarded from our end can also not avail any refunds or payments.
Exchange and Return Policy
In case, the mistake is from our end like delivery of the faulty or wrong product; we are liable to make refund payment for exchange. We can also initiate the refunds of the delivered product does not have a desirable specification. You also have an option to write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and even give a call at 021-34853004-5.
Here, you can share details and concerns about your order ID. And the escalation period for the complaint raised is merely 24 hours once you receive the product from the customer. After that, we would entertain no complaint made beyond the decided time frame.
What if the Smooth and Furry product purchased is damaged or faulty?
If you find that the product you received is not upto the mark, then the customer has to send back the defective product at Smooth and Furry. After receiving the same, Smooth and Furry would check the issue and then process the replacement about the product details given in the invoice.
Upon delivery of the defective item anywhere in Pakistan, Smooth and Furry can send the designated courier partners to receive faulty products and packages. We notify our customers with the pick-up time and date in advance. But you need to share photographic evidence for the same as well.
No ordered item/product is subject to the exchange on any Retail stores.
